Cash flow is the biggest problem plaguing enterprises during the epidemic

The international labor organization in the global 45 countries said that after investigation to more than 4500 enterprises cash flow is not enough to sustain employee wages and daily operation is the enterprise during the outbreak of the new champions league, and one of the biggest challenges faced while nearly eighty percent of respondents expected to retain all the employees, but there are 7% of companies said it would temporarily or permanently out of business.

The report shows that between March and June this year, more than 60 percent of the surveyed companies experienced a cash flow crisis, with small and micro businesses with fewer than 99 employees being the hardest hit. In addition, 54% of enterprises said that supply chain disruption, increased difficulty in obtaining raw materials or rising prices had brought great difficulties to their operations; another 40% of enterprises were affected by employees’ inability to work due to travel restrictions or illness; and another 21% said that reduced demand had hit them hard.
